Cancellation Policy

NEED TO CANCEL?

You’ll need to notify us at least 8 hours prior to the commencement of the class. Cancellations made within 8 hours will incur the full of the cost of the class. This will be refunded if we can fill that spot from the waitlist.

CLASS FULL, BUT YOU’RE KEEN FOR A SPOT?

Just add yourself to the waitlist! If you’re first on the waitlist, you’re almost guaranteed to get a sport when it becomes available. You’ll be notified via SMS so just simply reply Y or N to confirm or cancel the request.

Once you have been automatically confirmed in the class from the waitlist, the 8 hour cancellation policy will apply in the case you can’t make it.

IT’S EASY TO UPDATE YOUR BOOKING

To cancel a class booking or waitlist you will need to unreserve the class online. This is by far the quickest and easiest way to cancel.

LONG-TERM BOOKINGS

If you would like to reserve a long-term place in a class, you can do so by phoning the clinic or speaking to reception in person. You can maintain your spot on the long-term list by attending at least 80% of your booked classes over a rolling 3-month period. If you happen to drop below 80% attendance, we will notify you to let you know you may lose your long-term spot.

GOING AWAY ON HOLIDAYS?

The long-term booking rule will apply. If it looks like your holiday will drop you below the 80% attendance rate then you may lose your long-term spot. All the more reason to make it to every class to build your strength and fitness before you leave!

Liability Waiver

Whilst Clinical Physiotherapy and it’s employees provide the utmost care in the assessment and treatment of it’s patients, I am aware that physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury. I agree that if I engage in any physical exercise or activity, or use any amenity belonging to Clinical Physiotherapy on the premises, I do so entirely at my own risk. I agree that I am voluntarily participating in the use of this facility and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death.

I do not have any medical ailments, physical limitations, or mental disabilities that will affect my ability to participate in exercise classes. I have clearance from my medical doctor (if appropriate), and my physiotherapist is aware of any such conditions.

I acknowledge that Clinical Physiotherapy is not responsible for any theft or damage of my personal property.

This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur, as a result of; (a) my use of all amenities and equipment in the facility and my participation in any activity, class, program or instruction, (b) the sudden and unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment, (c) slipping and /or falling while in the premises*.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I agree to release Clinical Physiotherapy and all instructors working at said company from any and all claims and causes of action that I or my representatives now have or may have in the future for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death occurring to me, arising out of participation in private or group exercise fitness classes.

In the event of any emergency, I authorise medical attention from any licensed hospital, physician and/or medical personnel to provide any treatment deemed necessary and agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered.
In the event that any one or more of the provisions of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law according to the jurisdiction of the state of NSW, the remaining portions will not be invalidated, and shall remain in full force and effect.
Should any part of this agreement be found by a court of law to be against public policy or in violation of any state statute or case precedence, then only that wording is removed and the remainder of this agreement will remain in full force.
