OVERVIEW
Grace joined the Clinical Physiotherapy team in September 2025. She graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2024 with High Distinction and Deans Award for academic excellence.
Growing up, Grace was actively involved in ballet and contemporary dance. Her passion for dance led her to the Victorian College of the Arts (University of Melbourne), where she pursued a professional dance career. Throughout her dancing years, Grace experienced many injuries. She successfully rehabilitated these through physiotherapy, sparking her interest to study the body more thoroughly, leading to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. Through her dance and injury history, she understands the demands of high-level dance and sport on the body.
Grace has experience in treating many musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical rehab and has a specific interest in hip pain including osteoarthritis, dysplasia and femoroacetabular impingement (FAI).
She is passionate about helping individuals overcome pain and injuries by incorporating strengthening techniques through resistance training, Pilates, and yoga. She believes in finding enjoyable, sustainable exercise routines to integrate holistically into daily life.
In her spare time, Grace enjoys practicing ballet and yoga, cycling to the beach, and baking brownies.
